There are 10 compiler warnings when building for iOS7

Hey guys,

I would like to use this for a new app I'm making, but the number of compiler warnings is concerning. Any chance you guys can clean it up?

I'll send a pull request if I get to them before you, but just thought you should be aware.

These warnings were primarily issues with credit card view functionality, as well as PaymentKit (which was previously a dependency of this project). As of version 1.2, we've removed these components and that dependency (you can obviously still use PaymentKit if you need a credit-card form). This library now builds warning-free on iOS7, but those issues still exist on PaymentKit, so I'm reopening there: stripe-archive/PaymentKit#46
