This PR fixes #26. The Stripe OpenAPI spec+fixtures had changed in such a way that the
stripe-mocktest suite no longer passed. This PR updatesstripe-mockto a newer version of the Stripe OpenAPI spec+fixtures for which the test suite passes again.
