fix: Update google pay branding (update native libraries) #1135

Summary

Updated stripe-ios from 22.7.+ to 22.8.+. Updated stripe-android from 20.9.+ to 20.12.+. This updates the Google Pay button to match the new brand guidelines.

closes #1068
