TZXDuino 1.20 Release

Upgraded to use the latest SdFat library. Improved subdirectory handling and file navigation performance. Adding new functions to support buttons on a single GPIO pin (using ADC). Added support for SAMD architecture. Improved performance of OLED1306 devices (faster screen updates, therefore faster file navigation etc). Fixed a pause bug that resulted in clicking or buzzing for long pause sections, as well as at end-of-file.

TZXDuino 1.20 pre-release (new!)
