This PR covers Structurizr GET workspace endpoint, it also brings phpunit and automated tests that are mostly testing core objects hydrations.
This was required step before porting
merge from remotefeature that before sendingputrequest is fetching the remote workspace with given id and if it exists it merges views layout information and views configuration.
