View elements by default are created with empty x,y position at view.
In simple examples, automaticView can be enabled at View but more complex diagrams would require some manual positioning.
In order to not override manual position adjustments elements at view, client before putting workspace will first try to get already existing one to copy all element view positions, PaperSize (if not set in local view) and ViewSet Configuration.
