libdnet has implemented IPv6 support in a different way

fragroute-ipv6 appears to still need a patched libdnet, but libdnet has itself moved on[0]. While we have no new libdnet release yet, there is an IPv6 patch that will not apply to those sources any longer, and an fragroute-ipv6 that requires the patch because that implements certain wrapper functions and memory structures.
