Currently MACS2 is not maintained and substituted by MACS3, but PeakCalling cannot use MACS3;
Also, installing MACS2 is not supported with python >=3.10 due to installation bug and combined it with no support means anyone who wants to use MACS2 with python3.10 or who wants to use MACS3 new features cannot do this

MACS3 is currently in alpha stage of development, once there is a stable release we will add support for MACS3
