Hi, I would like to preface this with my thanks to everyone that works on this project, it has been so useful.

I have noticed that torrents with tracker errors are not being tagged as issue. I can confirm that the config is setup to do this as one particular torrent did get an error tag when it couldn't reannounce but i have a few torrents that are no longer on the tracker site and therefore have trackers showing as not working in qbittorrent but are not being tagged as issue.
