Version 1.0.0: Annotations for all colon cancer notes for training

This release includes all annotations produced by the THYME project for patients in the training portion of the colon cancer sub-corpus:
- Temporal annotations for 293 notes
- Coreference annotations for 210 notes
- UMLS annotations for 61 notes
The release also includes a number of cleanups to resolve mismatches between the source texts and the annotations (including file naming issues and line ending / character offset issues).
