Change the vim plugin link in readme

There's a new and better vim plugin for Stylus, including proper and up-to-date syntax highlighting, indentation and autocomplete. Feel free to check it out https://github.com/iloginow/vim-stylus. The old one is probably not alive anymore (last commit 2 years ago).
