markdown does not exactly match with github

Hi,
The plugin works great but there are small differences with the way it render the markdown and the way github shows it. Like the page heading shows up with a small line in Github but in preview it does not!

Agreed! And handling unordered lists. For example, the Try These Commands list in the easy-align examples.

Which is strange because GitHub is supposed to be using a stripped-down version of RedCarpet internally: vmg/redcarpet#212

Maybe using the github-markdown gem would work better?
