Drop official flatpak support

There are tons of issues with the flatpak:

• It's not very stable (no idea why, but there are tons of issues with dependencies, even though its supposed to handle all of that stuff)
• The build is slow and quite finicky
• There is no good support for Poetry projects via flathub (Add manifest for Sublime Music flathub/flathub#2109 (comment))

Continued Community Maintenance

If anyone wants to continue maintaining community support for a flatpak, I'm all for it. I recommend setting up a separate repository for it (if it gains traction, then I may be willing to pull it into the Sublime Music org).

Patches and Issues

I'm willing to accept patches fixing issues with the flatpak, but I am no longer going to actively investigate and debug issues with the flatpak.
