the feedback @njahn received yesterday via email mentioned that the support email wasn't readily visible on the website.

It is at:

Should we display it in more places?
I'd rather just link to the support site, and people can serve themselves from there.

Possibilities:

  • link to support in the web app
  • ...

Maybe a "Contact" item linking to the email in the navbar or footer can make it more apparant?

I think with the new pkg structure and the info in the email, it is now prominent enough.
Would be nice to also have something in the app itself, though it may also be overkill, since that is already iframed into the website #284
