make the language search more selective

I think it would be nice if language search was case sensitive or smarter:
eg JP vs Jap vs ja: filtering down faster would be better IMO.

I think this is actually not helpful, typing capital letters is 2 key strokes and not very ergonomic, one can usually get the filtering down faster by just typing extra letters.
