This is a CLI tool to dump selected REPO related rooms messages in Gitter you are part off to json. Gitter API limits messages to 5000 most recent per room.
You need to have Leiningen installed.
git clone git@github.com:sudodoki/gitter-data.git gitter-data
You will need to pass gitter-token via environment variable. You can find one under Personal Access Token section. You have 2 options to pass it to the app:
- copy
profiles.clj.exampletoprofiles.cljand put a proper gitter token in - pass it from command line. For me it would be something like
env gitter-token=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX lein run
To run app just execute lein run
No options.
