The Kupi Network is specially designed so that in no way can anyone but the user get access to the Exchange API keys for accounts of the User. If the user decides to configure the Kupi Network system in such a way that he has to send access keys over the network (for example, he deploys his server remotely), the User fully takes the risks and responsibility for the safety of this data.
You accept responsibility for the confidentiality and use of any user name, email address and Exchange API keys that you may register for your access to and use of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password, account or Exchange API keys. You agree to immediately notify Kupi Network of any unauthorized use of your password , account, Exchange API keys or any other breach of security. Kupi Network cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply.
You agree to indemnify and hold Kupi Network and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit, modify or otherwise make available through the Kupi Network Services, your use of the Kupi Network Services, your connection to the Kupi Network Services, your violation of the Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another.
Upon user's request, personal information can be deleted from Kupi Network. Personal data information is recorded information about an identifiable individual that may include his or her name, address, email address or phone number. However any associated published ideas will remain on the site. We believe that once an idea or a chart was published, it becomes part of the communal trading knowledge and should stay that way. This policy prevents users from keeping only their best ideas public, thus keeping everyone honest with themselves and gives others confidence in the public reputation.
You agree that Kupi Network may, without prior notice, immediately terminate, limit your access to or suspend your Kupi Network account, any associated email address, and access to the Kupi Network Services. Cause for such termination, limitation of access or suspension shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of the Terms of Use or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b)requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) discontinuance or material modification to the Kupi Network Services (or any part thereof), (d) unexpected technical or security issues or problems, (e) extended periods of inactivity, (f) and/or engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities. Further, you agree that all terminations, limitations of access and suspensions for cause shall be made in Kupi Network's sole discretion and that Kupi Network shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account, any associated email address, or access to the Kupi Network Services.
