Paste JSON only works once #2288

Ctl-V to paste JSON

This feature only works one time -- the first time.

If the user tries to paste again, they will get an error.

Repro Steps:

Copy .tb data (JSON) to clipboard
Paste to MB (Ctl-V); press enter
(This should work; code will load)
Try step 2 again
(This will not work the second, third time)
