の[[仕様書]]をまともに[[引用]]できずに意味不明な破綻を繰り返していたり、
[[HTML 5.1]]、[[HTML 5.2]]、[[DOM4]]、[[DOM 4.1]] のような[[粗大ごみ]]をがんばって開発し続けたりしているわけなんで、
[[W3C]] 上層部とかの圧力が何もないなら、 [[W3C]] は上から下までとんだ無能集団ってことになりますよね。。。
