** Section 6.7
Advanced Recipients MAY make use of the Strict Order parameter and
enable parallel processing of some Command Sequences, or it may
reorder some Command Sequences.

-- Who is an "advanced recipient"? Does this phrase equate to a "non-constrained device"?

-- I'm unable to tell, is setting the Strict Order parameter the setting which allows the parallel processing?
