Based on testing of OCLC API with sample records, we need to parse the OCLC number by ignoring the
(OCLC-I)and removing theocm, ocn, and onprefixes. This PR also removes any duplicate OCLC numbers.(Also adds the
data-export-filesdirector to .gitignore)
