Why was this change made?
This is a new rake task that allows us to dump author information for a given list of authors. It is being used in an analysis for comparing WoS queries against other sources (like Dimensions) to ensure we can run the same queries using exactly the same parameters when doing comparison analysis.
How was this change tested?
Localhost browser.
