Snowflake support

In this release, the application is modified to support both PostgreSQL and Snowflake connectivity

This release adds the support to define multiple entities via config, the application will adapt itself according to the defined config and display the changes across the lineage for the defined data entities.
However, its still a standalone Flask app and will need the user to make their own arrangements to make it production ready
