What: Describe the bug

The setting of hitlocation rqis are not good since it won't update hit locations that already have erroneous rqid on them.

Create a macro that set a standard rqid on all hit locations in the world.

As part of this the standard for hit location rqid will be changed from i-hit-location.bodytype-hit-location-name to i.hit-location.hit-location.name
