Plaster template that creates files for a Powershell module pipeline build according to Michael Willis' PSHitchhiker.

To be done:

1. enumerating of TargetModule\tests\private files

2. modifying their contents

3. generating TargetModule\private\%parameterset%.ps1 files (now they are simply being copied from Module.T\parametersets)
