Clearing notes should not be so easy. Having such an option could be helpful for you as a developer or to beta testers but it should not be easily accessible to a regular user, or should not be available at all for them (as they always have the option of uninstalling to remove all the notes).
Or maybe, if it has to exist, it could be available in a "Advanced..." section at the bottom. There can be a dropdown arrow to the right of it. Clicking it could show the option to clear all notes.
It should at least ask you to type some text like "Delete all my notes" (case sensitive) or it should ask for password or fingerprint. Whatever be the check, the user should be made to realize that it is something serious. It should also not be too easy for a child who has got hold of the phone to clear the notes accidentally.
For this, if possible, the UI should be such that default probability or likelihood to cancel the command should be deliberately made much higher than the probability of hitting delete.
lists can be improved a lot. Pressing enter should take cursor to next item. There can be alphabetical sorting and sorting by status (move checked items to the bottom).
Cursor is not visible on default background color for notes, at least on my device.
