Cross post to another blog/site through MetaWeblog API when publish post in wordpress.
The edited post can be synced also.

Installation
============

* Download .zip
* Access http://<your.wordpress.site>/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=upload
* Upload the zip file
* Goto /<wordpress directory/wp-content/plugins/sunner-cross-post-to-metaweblog-*/, 
  copy config-sample.php to config.php,
  fill MetaWeblog API parameters into config.php
* Enable this plugin
* Post/Edit blog as usual
