An online forum-like restaurant review app.

Design goals of this system are:

• User can search and view details of a restaurant.
• User can leave their comments and ratings on a restaurant.
• Users can chat with each other through web socket.
• User can check and edit his/her profile.
• Admin can manually add new restaurant.
