Update bug tracker address, re-brand to sup developers

A suggestion to updating the various references to web pages, bugs and authors. Comments on this suggestion?

Looking through the code, other files you might want to update are:

• README.txt - change developers and URL at the top
• www/index.html also has a couple of references - or we could just delete that page if we don't want to use that anymore.
• lib/sup.rb - line 58 - YAML_DOMAIN = "masanjin.net" - not sure what it's about, but that is William's personal domain.
• Rakefile - the gem spec could do with updating

README.txt: feel free to update (@foobacca gave you write access) if you think it should be some other way
lib/sup.rb: the YAML stuff might break config.. ? suggest we do it together with psych integration #17.
Gemspec: updated urls, William is still standing as author.
