Just a fun experiment to highlight the contributors from the past month hopefully helping contributors to feel appreciated and recognized.

Proposed Changes

  1. Create a monthly issue thanking contributors from the past month for what they have done.

Worth running this in CI, without creating issues to simulate a sort of dry-run mode?

Tested locally instead of in CI so I'm confident in the changes.
