Currently we see something like

WARN flyctl version 0.0.124 does not match agent version 0.0.123
WARN stopping agent ...

This will probably pop up often as people upgrade, so we could make it friendlier like

WARN The running flyctl wireguard agent version (0.0.123) is older than the flyctl version (0.0.124).
WARN The out-of-date agent has been stopped along with existing wireguard connections. The agent will start again automatically when it's needed.
