What happened?

I have encountered odd additional travel moves. after printing a small parameter, the nozzle travel along this line serval times which results in longer print times and some bloobing on the end of the line.

also now use coincide_with_epsilon for most of medial_axis, as I have the proof the position can vary by 1 unit in an intersection.
