Hi,
Hello, I can't add the Ender 3 BL Touch in the SuperSlicer? He always tells me that no standard filament has been selected. The Prusa Slicer is all about it. What could be the reason for this? Greeting. Translated with Google.

Hello, BLTouch is to be configured in the firmware (klipper). Slicer does not care about the BLtouch and will work without it. Attach your project file from superslicer and prusaslicer and we can check configuration.

Update: I was able to see what issue you are having. The configuration file shipped with SS for Ender 3 does not define the notes for Ender3 BLtouch, due to which slicer is unable to find any filaments associated with it.
I modified the configuration and now it loads ok. This is a bug in Ender3 configuration file.

Modify the Creality.ini file, section [printer:*Creality Ender-3 BLTouch*] and add the printer_notes to make it work. Final configuration section should look like:

[printer:*Creality Ender-3 BLTouch*]
inherits = *SmallBowden*; *fastabl*
renamed_from = "Creality ENDER-3 BLTouch"
printer_model = ENDER3BLTOUCH
printer_notes = Don't remove the following keywords! These keywords are used in the "compatible printer" condition of the print and filament profiles to link the particular print and filament profiles to this printer profile.\nPRINTER_VENDOR_CREALITY\nPRINTER_MODEL_ENDER3\nPRINTER_HAS_BOWDEN

I just installed SuperSlicer_2.3.56.5_macos_210612.dmg which was just built and this is still an issue. Has it not made it to master yet? I will just follow your fix for now.

Thanks
