Implement #34 - setup feature UI 및 로직 구현

* user id를 불러오고 저장하는 부분에 오류가 있어 수정 필요
* WaitingDialog 추가
* SplashActivity 추가
  + 캐시에 저장된 아이디로 login 또는 home 이동
* login feature 구현
  + 카카오 로그인으로 받아온 id로 setup 또는 home 이동
  + (수정 필수) getKakaoId()가 끝날때까지 기다리도록 프로젝트 구조 수정
    - getKakaoId 기능을 repository로 분류해야 할 것 같음

Implement #34 - user id를 캐시값에 저장하는 로직 수정

* LogInActivity에서 얻은 userId를 SetupActivity로 전달한 후 SetupViewModel에서 userId를 sf에 해시값으로 저장하도록 함
* (수정 필요) timer noti의 pending intent가 TimerFragemet가 아니라 PomoListFragment를 보여줌

Implement #34 - ruler picker 수정

* rulerpicker 라이브러리 수정
  + drawText 부분 longIndicatorStep 마다 그려주도록 함
* 1시간을 4로 나눠서 15분 단위로 조정하도록 함
* User.class의 생성자에 goalTime 추가
* 눈금, 글자색, 배경색 등등 orange --> gray로 수정
