This project is modeled after the High Growth Handbook, by Elad Gil. A gap that we noticed in Elad’s book is that he skipped information about how customer-facing teams are key to scaling companies. We wanted to see a centralized resource available to anyone, so they can learn and contribute their knowledge.
As a customer support professoinal, Support Wiki is a great place to:
- Share your knowledge and experience
- Ask questions from other professionals
- Share content and articles you've found helpful
Similar to High Growth Handbook, Support Wiki provides executives (CEO, CTO, COO, CMO, etc.) with an industry-wide perspective on a wide range of topics:
