Voice transport options get another set from voice start

Pretty obvious but means the voice needs the values and to snap the pos at start

I really wonder what I meant here! I should expand my notes-to-self issues more.

I presume it was something like 'songpos in voice for freerun voice items works properly but still triggers from voice start in some sense' so phase = songpos - startpos but i'll leave this here as a little mystery so i can remember what i thought 3 weeks ago and also remember to be less terse in my 'fix this later' issues
