Open up a patch (like "Nick Moritz/Bass/Anthyghin" and modify it and save it without changing the category.

This creates a "Nick Moritz/Bass" folder in ~/Documents/Surge which has the right contents

But the display of that folder in the menu shows the factory one, not the third party one

The workaround is, when saving a patch from the factory bank, change the category name, and then everything works.
