Survey doesn't update correctly navigation buttons and progress if next page(s) become(s) change visibility #123

All question on your last page maybe invisible, so the page is invisible as well. If the previous page is active/current and a question on the last question becomes visible, the navigation buttons and progress have to be updated accordingly.
