v0.1.0 Releasing a new crate for easy reproducible randomness in tests

Quite simple crate that was a missing puzzle in ecosystem. I kinda implemented it several times in different projects, so decided to move code to dedicated crate and publish it 💁‍♂️✨✨🧩
