  • Update Netlify build options
  • Split the patches
  • Maybe split the branch into smaller PRs
  • Check if everyone is OK with the Markdownlint rules
  • Add callout on top of the pages

This PR fixes:

  • broken SVGO config
  • removes yarn
  • switches to Node.js 16/npm >= 7
  • simplifies CI
  • updates all devDependencies and fixes the npm vulnerabilities
  • improves image compression (unsure why these weren't compressed since we do have an action)
