There was a missing closing > on segment pli-tv-pvr17:132.1
These changes were made at the suggestion of Bhante B.
Add two missing open `<li>`
This is the only sanghadisesa where the rule number is preceded by the word "Sanghadisesa". Also it is the only time a colon is used after the number.
Accidentally over wrote the previous commit
Add period after number
These changes were made at the suggestion of Bhante B but I am not very confident in the changes. Basically, whatever was a h1 was given the number in the file name of the json file.
