Restore pre configured sitemap builder.

There is not package for this, it would be a new project application that may use project-composer to gather sitemap builder from enabled applications.

Ok so first, i need to implement the sitemap in Lotus, since the two main app in bireli are DjangoCMS and Lotus. DjangoCMS already have something to start but Lotus don't have it yet.

Done in v0.3.10-pre.3 with an upgrade to Lotus 0.8.1 to use its sitemap classes. CMS pages and Lotus articles sitemaps are enabled on default.
