Remove suggestion to upgrade Vite from FAQ

Currently the FAQ suggests to upgrade Vite to resolve errors with using 3rd-party packages. However, Vite is now a production dependency (#1374, #1239) and cannot be upgraded separately from Svelte/kit. This PR removes that suggestion.
