Express isn't listed as a dependency nor a peer-dependency, plus I know Sapper is meant to work with any HTTP server 馃槈

There are a few instances where Sapper is using things like res.set, which is an Express shorthand, instead of res.setHeader.

Tracking all fo them down, then I'll open a PR to fix.

it's out at last! 0.6.0 is fully Polka-compatible 馃懐
