Lifecycle hooks are not called in custom elements

With the following code, oncreate and ondestory are not called when customElements: true is specified in compiler.

<script>
	export default {
		oncreate() {
			console.log('oncreate')
		},

		ondestroy() {
			console.log('ondestroy')
		},
	};
</script>

However, oncreate is called by set instead.
