This PR adds a fully reactive Set class to
svelte/reactivity. You can use it just like a normal Set and it will keep reactivity for enumeration, and all its API methods. Just likeDatethis PR is omitting docs until we haveMapalso implemented so we can provide docs for all three together – as it feels a bit broken to only offer part of the puzzle.
