• Moved dns.json file manipulation to sub menu "Advanced"
• Added menu item to edit the dns.json file in notepad directly from app

First release of DnsHelper application

I decided to rebrand the tool to a more generic DnsHelper tool.

All Unblock-Us specific features have been removed.
Dns Servers can now be configured in an external dns.json file.
