I'm not surprised by the Firefox error. It's kind of dumb SVG, and I wasn't sure my test case would actually render, but it does appear to be valid. The test case (and presumably the media-flash.svg file) probably could be optimized by "hoisting" the linearGradient, which would then make the |

There was a mistake with exports, so the `loadConfig` function wasn't available in the CJS bundle and lead to issues for many users. This change applies the same logic used to process
<def>elements to all non-rendering elements (i.e. preserve referenced children, and only delete the parent if no children remain).This fix is part of the solution to removing the media-flash.svg mismatches in test-regression. This fix alone does not change the number of regression mismatches.
