Just installed, restarted VSCode and when I select Control Snippets from the command palette, nothing happens.

I tried opening as administrator as well and nothing happens, still.

After upgrade to VSCode v1.51.1, this extension is not working anymore. The VSCode extension API looks changed. Right?

There is a new feature exists in VSCode v1.52 that can disable any code snippets by user.
