apidom-reference: Regression in dereferencing architecture 2.0

Regression is reproducible on following fixture: https://github.com/swagger-api/swagger-js/tree/master/test/resolver/apidom/reference/dereference/strategies/openapi-3-1-swagger-client/schema-object/__fixtures__/%24id-uri-enclosing-circular-structures

Regression impact is critical as it would impact SH domains that tends to create references between them.

Without fixing this regression we MUST avoid releasing ApiDOM as it would automatically create regression for all existing installations of swagger-client and swagger-ui.
